11 February 2026 – BOOK TOUR - an evening presentation on ‘European Deserts’ delivered at the invitation of Colchester Café Scientifique, a global society providing a forum for debating science issues at the community level. A full house of 55 people gathered at 55 held in The Commons Community Café at The Minories gallery in Colchester to listen to the author talk about the work in a meeting followed by a lively questions and answers session and discussion.
